Andrew and Ken were reconfirmed as SC members. Beside providing very good contributions, it is also important to have some continuity, rather than having a totally new SC.
Sadly Ingrid and David are stepping out due to other commitments.

3. Review of work items
3.1. WP13-1 Coordination
Main work on the RFC stream. There is a proposal on the table, which is an XML version. Heather is looking internally how to move forward. More news on the RFC before July (Berlin IETF).
Members are invited to Note the current version of the RFC Proposal.
3.2 WP13-2 Assurance
There is a wiki page to describe the aim of the work. However not a lot of work has really happened in this space.
As part of this work item, there is the effort to extend the CoC beyond EU. Mikael Linden is leading that.
Under this WP there is also the entity category, which is mostly happen in US. Ken noted that a new category has been defined. The entity category has the potentials to become a very significant and useful work. Somebody to push this work would help!
3.3 WP13-3 - Enganging with Engaging with eResearch
See more at: Engaging with eRsearch
The "Answer to the FIM document" (to be renamed as roadmap to address eResearch requirements) is ready (still a draft but it's expected to become final in the coming weeks). The document was presented at the FIM4R in March. There is now a 'call' for use-cases see: FIM4R Use Cases.
3.4 WP13-4
REEP service: reep.refeds.org up and running but not really officially. The website needs to be enhanced. There are some issues with the metadata validation that Leif discovered.
During the call Thomas noted that he got an unexpected result (an error dump) when trying to 'signup' at https://reep.refeds.org/accounts/register/.
A MDX spec was also agreed Ian Young will work on this. A demo expected during the June, where we could launch the pilot service.
MET has proven to be more difficult to finalise than planned. Some functionality are still missing and we discovered that the metadata are not refreshed as planned. Nicole wrote a proposal to move the work forward and use that as description of work for an open call to fix MET.
- Action: LF/NH to finalise the call for MET. Members are invited to review the MET2 proposal.
3.5 Other work
Ken mentioned the look closer into the certification mark and that we should capture better the work on the attributes bundles.
- Action *: Nicole and Licia to distribute the initial work on certification marks (entity categories).
4. REFEDS meeting @TNC
Agenda online: June 2013 REFEDS Meeting Agenda.
- Action: all to send comments on the current REFEDS agenda for June meeting.
5. Next REFEDS meetings
BoF early October in Helsinki in conjunction with the FIM4R group. It should be attended by a selected number of people involved on the topics that we agree to carry on.
Discussion is ongoing to also host VAMP in Helsinki. Be tuned for more.
Next main meeting in Nov US in Silicon Valley in conjunction with other Identity meetings. Ken is organising that. (REFEDS planned for Nov 11).
- Action: LF to organise a phone call in May to welcome to new SC members.
