- ACTION-20151021-01: Licia Florio to contact the people who requested REF15-3D this work to investigate whether the work should be pushed to next year.
- ACTION-20151021-02: Licia Florio to inform Ken (who was the main promoter of the group) that the SC decided to close this WG down.
- ACTION-20151021-03: Licia Florio to contact Roland to check a) if there is a scope to propose this WG in next year workplan, b) to provide an high level description of the scope and the output and c) ask about the implication of the Kantara WG.

2. 2015 Results
There has been a lot of work and various new work items. The latest blog post on the REFEDS wiki provides a good overview.
The end of the year report will be circulated at the start of January.
3. 2016 Workplan
The draft version of the workplan is online.
In terms of news, there is a new WP that is about promotional material. There is also a proposal for REFEDS to do some coordinated work to produce a cloud cookbook based on the work done in the GN4 project. As part of the promotional material, REFEDS will offer an evangelical SP, to show case of federated access works.
There is the ORCID WG which will really kick off in 2016 and the FedLab work.
A new version of the plan with the associated budget will be circulate before Christmas for approval in January.
4. CoCo Update
Valter reported on his talk with the Article 29 WP.
The group agreed on the CoCo approach but found the current document not enough legally binding.
However implementing their recommendations may result into a longer document, which may be more difficult to sell.
Valter will continue the conversation with the Article 29WP. Anybody interested in the topics, please contact Valter.
5. SIRTFI Approval
Consultation done. Not a lot comments, the document is finished and will be published as a white paper.
5. Future Calls
The list of future callas has been circulated. The SC agreed to have a f-2-f meeting at TNC.
