Some key changes after the public consultation of January-February:
- added a new section on Attribute providers
- refined governing law and jurisdiction to better serve international organisations
- refined the section on Monitoring bodies
- dropped the requirements on the IdP-side INFORM GUI because the CoCo is for Service Providers
- simplified language when possible
- separated a Service from a Service Provider Organisation which may manage several Services
